Act I: Noah's Flood

Mount Ararat - According to the Genesis Story Noah’s Ark landed here.

  The Noah’s Arc Relic

Heavy rain and earthquake exposed this Ark’s
like impression from loose mud in 1948 at
Mount Ararat in a village called Uzengili
(Nasar) but still the search of Noah’s Arc
continues

Throughout the show an old mystic looking man with a stick in his hand comes on stage and names himself Mr Anatolia. He tells the stories which join the eight acts together.

Mr Anatolia talks about the last ice age with maps. The Black Sea lake coast was a fertile oasis. A melting pot of civilization. He describes how 7600 years ago the
Aegean Sea burst through the Bosphorus into the Black sea and violently cleaved
Europe from Asia Minor . The Black Sea level was increasing 15 cm a day invading
flat agricultural land around the rim of the Black sea in some places increasing to 1km
a day. This created havoc around the rim of the Black sea.
The people on the southern end called Halaf, escaped to eastern Anatolia and beyond.
This was the Noah’s flood. The myth lived on because Mesopotamia is flooded by
river Tigris and Euphrates.
The flood story in Genesis has this Babylonian origin.

Mr Anatolia sings the song;‘ Here We are Anatolia’ .

Scene 1: On the ship deck . Basic Genesis story.
Four couples on board; Noah, his wife, three sons with their wives.
‘Where has the sunshine gone’ song is sung.
One or two Anatolian dances are performed.

Scene 2: Noah’s Ark landed. Four couples start celebrating and dancing .
Then the ‘I send You’ song is sung.
